We are committed to creating a safe space for all K12 educators to collaborate and have  conversations that strengthen education. That commitment means ensuring equitable access and experiences, free from harassment, trolling, or spam. Here are some of what we do to help ensure equity:

1. Membership is free for every K12 educator, staff member, and administrator
2. Our platform is available on all devices
3. Our Terms of Service clearly and concisely indicate acceptable use. Our Partner Best Practices and Guidance document outlines expectations from our commercial partners. 
4. We constantly work to support accessibility by following W3.org design principles
5. We do not identify gender or race
6. We encourage spaces (groups) to empower those underrepresented voices
7. We do not allow hate speech, harassment, or spam. Every member has the opportunity to report a post or comment for moderation.

Progress is born out of diverse voices and productive conversations. We believe K12Leaders is a positive and welcoming space for every educator to be seen and heard.
