Learning More with Professional Pathways

K12Leaders has taken collaborative learning to the next level by integrating  courses and professional development (PD) with social communities.

This introduction demonstrates how embedding a course within a K12Leaders community creates an opportunity for course participants to engage with their colleagues. They can do so through threaded discussions, ongoing chat threads, or real-time interaction via embedded video conferencing, all without the need to schedule a separate Zoom meeting.

Taking “#TheSecrettoTransformationalLeadership” as an illustrative example, we explore how K12Leaders’ members can become course designers. They can efficiently create high-quality courses in mere minutes using intuitive tools and wizards. These resources assist in structuring existing content into new courses, fostering deeper learning and enhanced connections within novel learning communities.
