Walk Away from the Workbook is a channel I created that is FULL of developmentally appropriate instructional content created specifically for parents, primary teachers, and early childhood educators to support their students through engaging, fun, research-based learning experiences!

This channel has led me into freelance educational consulting work as well. My clients reach out to me for personalized instructional strategies that are tailored to what their children need. In a first informal interview, I ask questions regarding the child’s personality, interests, strengths, and academic areas of growth before researching instructional practices and activities that would be best. I generate hyper-docs with links to resources I refer to during our consultation. I provide weekly check-ins with clients to see how implementation of instruction is going. With this coaching and weekly support, I am able to develop on-going, positive relationships with families that allow me opportunities to grow as an educator and developmental learning specialist.
