Heather is the teacher librarian at O2CMBOCES. Heather was honored with an Outstanding Library Award from Senator Sean Ryan in spring 2021 and received the SuperLibrarian Award from CNYSL in 2016. She has taught in a variety of libraries during the last 14 years from elementary, middle, middle-high school, and now supports all the librarians in her region. She is active at the state and local level as the President of Central New York School Librarians. Heather loves teaching professional learning to her fellow teachers and librarians. She is not afraid to try new things, get messy, take risks, make mistakes, and challenge tradition! She is a true Tech Ninja and you can find her listening to a new podcast for ideas or empowering educators to go for it! #dftba |
