About Me | I am an executive leadership coach specializing in helping leaders and teams achieve their goals by becoming proficient in political/social savvy, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking and performing. I retired as a deputy superintendent of Human Resources in 2017 and have served as site principal, assistant principal, and teacher. Prior to my career in public education, I spent over a decade in the private sector in accounting, marketing, finance, and commercial real estate. I received my doctorate of Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University and my master’s degree in administration and curriculum and instruction from Chapman University. My bachelor’s of business administration was obtained from Valdosta State University in Georgia. As a former principal of two middle schools, I know the value of the CLE and Schools to Watch program and I am honored to be a part of this ground-breaking endeavor. |
