About Me | My career is characterized by building meaningful relationships and solving problems schools face that elevate the experience teachers and students have in the classroom. As a solutions-oriented team leader with a passion for energizing, motivating, and collaborating with teammates, I’ve fostered a positive, uplifting work environment while producing noteworthy results and defining priorities. Much of my work focuses on using disaggregated data and technology to identify gaps in quality, instruction, and culture; resulting in systemic achievement and increased performance. My experience is evident in my roles as an MTSS Coordinator, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum & Instruction, Director of Quality Review, Principal, and STEM Instructional Leader. My competencies include project leadership, high-quality professional development, data-driven decision-making, technology integration, and effective communication. |
