Why am I here? What’s K12Leaders?

In January of 2023 My eCoach and K12Leaders announced an acquisition that paved the way for the merging of My-ecoach.com into the K12leaders platform. Your My-eCoach account has been mirrored on K12Leaders. You can either login with your My eCoach username and password, or you are welcome to create a new account here!

What is K12Leaders?

K12Leaders is a safe online community for K12 educators, staff, administration, and supporting professionals to collaborate and help each other grow in their practice and service to their students.

We are built and run by educators, for educators. Please take a minute to review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We take both very seriously.

How does K12Leaders compare to My eCoach?

Barbara Bray built a truly revolutionary platform in My eCoach, with dozens of tools to help educators improve not only their teaching practice as well as their coaching relations ships.

K12Leaders is on a similar mission, and while there isn’t exactly 1:1 comparison between the platforms we hope you’ll find the tools and the network you need here to accomplish a similar goal…. that is to improve your instruction and professional relationship.

You will find many similar options in your K12Leaders Profile as you would in your My eCoach Locker.

Similarly, when it comes to your coaching relationships, we’d invite you to create a group to help collaborate effectively with your mentor or mentees.

And if you’re interested, consider applying to for Instructor privileges for our Professional Pathways, where you can build out and sell lessons and other professional development courses.

Over the last year K12Leaders has been in a phase of rapid development creating this safe community for K12 educators. We are committed to continuing to build and maintain this platform to meet the evolving needs of educators, and we’d love to hear your thoughts or questions!
